SafeRide Transportation Zero Tolerance Intoxicating Substance Policy

Safe Ride Transportation strives to protect public safety and has instituted a strict zero tolerance substance program. Drivers are strictly banned from using intoxicating substances when providing transportation services using the Safe Ride Transportation operating authority. A violation of Safe Ride Transportation zero tolerance intoxicating substance policy shall result in an immediate suspension followed by an internal investigation. Upon finding a violation of the zero tolerance policy, the driver shall immediately be banned from the Safe Ride transportation platform.

The company will continually update the policy and require strict compliance with the policy for continued employment or non-compliance with the policy may result in termination of independent service agreement.

Use Of Tobacco

It is not tolerated for either the client or the driver to smoke in the service car in order to preserve unwanted smells for future clients. Smoking in the service car will result in immediate termination.

Harassment Of Sexual Nature

Generally, sexual harassment includes unwanted sexual advances, visual, verbal, or physical conduct that is sexual in nature. This definition encompasses a wide range of offensive behavior and includes gender-based harassment of a person of the same sex as the harasser. The employees of our service company who are found guilty of harassment will be terminated immediately.
